Alternators
Beginning with the starter motor and engine control unit, an increasing number of electrical consumers are supplied via the vehicle's electrical system. These include not only the entertainment or navigation systems, but also safety features, such as ABS, ESP, sensors and safety assistants.
Our alternators reliably supply the many electric consumers and safety features in modern cars with energy – including your lights, ESP, and air conditioning. With their outstanding efficiency, they greatly contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and fuel.

Boost Recuperation Machine 48V
Lower fuel consumption and emissions with easy implementation in existing vehicle platforms: That's what makes 48V mild hybrids so interesting in the transition phase to e-mobility.
Our Boost Recuperation Machine (BRM) transforms any conventional internal combustion engine into an efficient light hybrid with minimal effort: replacing the 12V alternator with the 48V BRM.
The EU has officially recognized the BRM as an eco-innovation, which enables manufacturers to receive additional CO2 credit and further reduce their fleet consumption.

The e-bike engine is the latest development initiated by SEG Automotive. Developed to the highest automotive standards, allows us to offer our customers a quiet and lightweight product with customizable software.

Vehicle Control Unit
In order to expand the application range of 48V systems and reduce complexity and integration efforts for our customers, SEG Automotive has developed the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) targeting the light electric mobility with a wide application spectrum from 2-wheelers (L1e) to 4-wheelers (L7e) up to industrial and utility applications.
