About us

At SEG Automotive Spain S.A.U., we manufacture and co-develop alternators and components for sustainable mobility. Our plant and offices are located in Adal-Treto, Cantabria.

The factory employs around 650 people to design and manufacture alternators and electric motors for all types of vehicles. From the automotive industry to light electric mobility, including software development and electronic assembly capabilities.

The Spanish factory stands out for its quality and constant innovation to improve its products, optimizing efficiency and greatly reducing CO2 emissions.

Our history

Specialized in the development and manufacture of all types of alternators, we are a supplier of components for the automotive industry since 1962.

In recent years, SEG Automotive Spain has developed several products for light electric mobility, with e-drives and electronic controllers for microcars, motorcycles and electric bicycles.
